Terms and conditions for the card sorting survey prize draw

1. How to participate


1.1 In order to enter this promotion, you need to: 


Take part in the National Education Nature Park card sorting survey (the Survey) by accessing it via the National Education Nature Park website (see https://tpximpact-dx.optimalworkshop.com/optimalsort/nenp) and enter your details into the prize draw. 


1.2 We will contact the winner via the email address they provided.
1.3 All entries must include your name and email address.
1.4 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion .
1.5 You can only enter once.

 
2. Start and closing date


2.1 This promotion will run through the duration of the Survey starting at 00:00:01 on 26 November 2024 and end at 23:59:59 on 13 December 2024. Entries will not be possible after the survey has closed.

3. Selection  of the winner


3.1 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.


4. Prize


4.1 The prize is a Nature Park prize bundle for your school, college or nursery with a retail value of approximately £150.
4.2 There are no alternative prizes.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.


5. Restrictions and requirements


5.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: you must be aged 18 or older in order to enter. You must have a UK postal address for receipt of prizes.
5.2 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.


6. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize


6.1 The promoter will notify the winning setting by email during the week commencing 16 December 2024. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).
6.2 The winners will receive their prize on or before 28 February 2025.


7. Publicity and personal information


7.1    Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. Please see our privacy policy [https://www.educationnaturepark.org.uk/privacy-policy] for more details regarding how the promoter will use your personal information.
7.2       The surname and county of the winner will be available for up to 365 days after the closing date. The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to FAO National Education Nature Park team, Natural History Museum, Cromwell Road, London, SW7 5BD.
7.3    If you do not want your details available as the winner referred to above, please email [email protected] prior to the closing date of the promotion.
7.4    You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.


8. General


8.1    This promotion is operated by The Natural History Museum Trading Company Limited (company number 02909192) whose principal office is the Natural History Museum, Cromwell Road, London SW7 5BD.
8.2     While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
8.3    The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
8.4    Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
