We’re putting ourselves on the National #EducationNaturePark map! By joining the National #EducationNaturePark, we're part of a network of schools, nurseries and colleges across England who are taking action to boost biodiversity across the education estate in England.
Through this new programme, children and young people are leading the way in mapping, monitoring and enhancing their learning sites for nature. They'll be contributing to nature recovery, all while building skills for their future and a meaningful connection to their environment.
- The programme's free curriculum-linked resources meet curriculum goals✔️
- Activities upskill and build confidence among educators and young people to build their green and digital skills 🔍
- Every small improvement made on a learning site contributes to large-scale nature recovery across England! 🦋
- Access to green space and outdoor learning improves wellbeing and builds agency to tackle climate change and biodiversity loss 🌳
We can't wait to get started! 🌳

Did you know that the land from every primary and secondary school in England forms an area that is more than twice the size of Birmingham?
The National #EducationNaturePark brings together schools, nurseries and colleges across England to form a vast network of spaces taking action to improve biodiversity through empowering children and young people to make a positive difference to both their own and to nature’s future, and we're joining in!
The programme provides educators with free support and guidance to give every learner in England the opportunity to lead the way in mapping, monitoring and enhancing their learning sites for nature. Children and young people will take part in real scientific research on biodiversity - contributing to nature recovery, building skills for their future and a meaningful connection to nature.
